| Organizer | Hong Kong Baseball Association (HKBA) |
| Supporter | Hong Kong Softball Association (HKSA) |
| Team Delegation | A maximum of ten (10) persons, namely, a maximum of eight (8) athletes (four (4) male and four (4) female) plus two (2) delegate officials |
| Delegate officials | Two coaches will be jointly appointed by HKBA and HKSA |
| Player Eligibility | 1. Players must have turned 15 when the event starts; born on or before 7 November 2007 2. Must be holding an HKSAR passport; 3. Must be a member of HKBA; 4. Must be fully vaccinated to meet Hong Kong inbound entry requirements (Persons who have stayed in overseas places) |
