香港壘球總會 – 賽事取消公佈方法事宜 HKSA – New Match Cancellation Announcement System

為統一取消賽事安排,本會將由18/5/2019開始,不論因任何情況需要取消賽事,包括但不限於:惡劣天氣或場地質素問題,一律均只會於本會網頁(www.softball.org.hk)最新消息一欄(如圖一)及本會 ”League Season 2018/2019″ WhatsApp 群組中作出公佈。 本會將盡可能於賽事前一小時公佈賽事取消,若然本會未有發佈消息或於網頁內未見賽事取消,球隊仍需按時前往比賽場地,待賽事監場作最後決定,敬希垂注。

有關加入聯賽WhatsApp 群組的安排,各會員可向所屬球隊經理查詢。

Owing to unify the cancellation announcement of all matches, Hong Kong Softball Association would start from 18/5/2019 to arrange a new announcement system. In case we need to cancel any match for any reasons including but not limited to bad weather or ground quality, we would only post both on our website(www.softball.org.hkinstantly on the latest news (see figure 1) and our WhatsApp group “League Season 2018/2019″ to announce the arrangement of the cancellation of any matches. We would try our best to post it on website or WhatsApp message to group before 1 hour of the match.

If we do not announce any news, the team should arrive at the venue on time and let the duty officer to make the final decision. Please be noticed the new arrangement and deliver this new cancellation arrangement to all team members.
