1. Aims:  Hong Kong Softball Association is delighted to invite Mr. Akira Hoshino from Japan to hold a Pitching Clinic for the HKSA member. Mr. Akira Hoshino has been coaching in softball especially pitching for more than 30 years, who is the author of many books teaching softball. We hope that our members could have a chance to get in touch with different techniques and training methods. And promote the exchange of pitching culture between Japan and Hong Kong.

3. Schedule:2-3/11/2019

2nd November 2019 (14:00-17:00)
(Open to all HKSA members. Priority entry will be given to the applications of current University Student/ Secondary School Student )

3rd November 2019 (10:00-13:00 / 14:30-17:30)
(Open to all HKSA members. Members can be registered in both time slots. If there are too many applications, the priority will be given to the applicant who only registers for one session)

4. Venue:  Tin Kwong Road Softball Field

5. Medium:  Both Japanese and Mandarin

6. Target participants:
- Aged 12 or above;
- Member of Hong Kong Softball Association;
- Pitchers who have basic pitching knowledge and technique
- The HKSA qualified coach have priority in all sessions
- Participants are suggested to bring their own catcher (The catcher should be HKSA member. Please also leave his/her name in the application form to let us know who will accompany with pitcher)

7. Quota:  Maximum 30 pitchers for each session (catchers not included)

8. Fee:  Free for HKSA Member

9.  Enrollment:  Enrollment is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each applicant should fill in the google form online for an application.

The result will be notified through email prior to the activity commencement. After receiving the confirmation email, please attend the session chosen on time. Participant could enroll in more than one sessions, however, if that session have over 30 participants, priority would be given to those who have chosen one session only.

10. Dressing and equipment: Participants should wear proper softball outfit and bring gloves or catcher equipment.

11. If there are red or black rainstorm warnings or a No. 8 or higher typhoon signal on 2 hours before the training sessions, or the softball field is not suitable for training, the event will cancel and publish the news through our website.

12. During the event, there would be photos and video shooting for recording and promotion purpose.
