Scorer Training 2021-2022

Aim:
This course provides essential details for beginning scorers knowing how to keep the records of a game.

Award:
“Attendance Certificate” will be issued to those participants who attended more than 90% of the class;
“Qualified Scorer Certificate” will be issued to those participants who completed the evaluation process (including the on-field training) after examination successfully.

Requirement:
●     All HKSA members are welcomed to join.
●     For non-HKSA member who wish to join, it is required to join the membership of HKSA beforehand.
●     3 years of playing softball competition experience is prioritized

Duration: 9 sessions (Total 25 hours), please refer to Course Content.

Venue: Hong Kong Softball Association, Tin Kwong Road (TKR) and Shek Kip Mei (SKM) or Zoom (if necessary)

Quota: 20 persons

Deadline: first come first served, on or before 17/2/2022, 1:00pm.

Fee: $100/ person

Enrollment：
Each applicant should submit the application form and enrollment fee by post to the Hong Kong Softball Association General Office (Tin Kwong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong)

Course Content

*  If the TKR venue is still closed, theory session will be conducted via Zoom on that day.
**If there are no games can be arranged for on-field training/ examination, the practical sessions/ examinations will change to video session or change to the fallback day if necessary.

Evaluation Process after examinationIf examination and attendance are passed, 10-15 games for on-field training will be provided.
