\u9ad8\u7d1a\u9ad4\u80b2\u5e79\u4e8b Senior Sports Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1953\" height=\"579\" src=\"https:\/\/softball.org.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/HKCSA-Logo-new_\u9000\u5730.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3069\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hong Kong China Softball Association (HKCSA) is seeking a responsible and motivated person in the following post:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Senior Sports Executive (SSE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Minimum Salary: HK$ 44,667 per month)(Report Duty on 1 April 2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage all activities of HKCSA\u2019s office, including supervision and management of clerical staff;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain proper administration of HKCSA office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend meetings of the Executive Council of HKCSA and provide administrative support;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make preliminary recommendations and execute them as well as other policies effectively once approved by the Executive Council of HKCSA;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and submit annual budgets and programme budgets and providing regular activity reports to the Executive Council of HKCSA;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with LCSD, SF&amp;OC, other organizations and National Softball bodies on matters relevant to development of the sport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Association to bid \/ host International Softball tournament;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the operation of the Tin Kwong Road venue;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, review and implement HKCSA\u2019s Two to Four-Year Development Plan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop additional and explore sources of funding for HKCSA including seeking sponsorships and grants from the commercial sector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote development of the sport discipline with sound media coverage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply necessary funding to support the development of the Association &amp; Venue;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with terms of LCSD Subvention Agreement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take charge of the accounting matters of HKCSA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution\/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 10 years working experience, preferably in sports-related field, at least 4 years in managerial role;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project &amp;
