
{"id":6803,"date":"2026-06-24T16:57:05","date_gmt":"2026-06-24T08:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/softball.org.hk\/?p=6803"},"modified":"2026-06-24T16:57:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-24T08:57:08","slug":"recruitment-voluntary-physiotherapist-20th-asian-games-aichi-nagoya-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/softball.org.hk\/?p=6803","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment: Voluntary Physiotherapist( 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 )"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Hong Kong China Softball Association<\/strong>\u00a0is seeking a voluntary physiotherapist assisting on the below Hong Kong China Team international event (<strong>20<sup>th<\/sup> Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tournament:<strong>\u00a020<sup>th<\/sup> Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026<\/strong><br>Tournament Venue: <strong>Nagoya, Japan<\/strong><br>Departure Date:\u00a0<strong>23 September 2026<\/strong><br>Return Date:\u00a0<strong>4 October 2026<br><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Voluntary Physiotherapist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>The Job<\/u><\/strong><br>Reporting to the Team manager and Team Head Coach, the physiotherapist&nbsp;will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide immediate physical therapy support during the competition, including dealing with sudden injuries, providing immediate first aid measures, such as dealing with sprains, strains, fractures, or dislocations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help athletes recover after the competition, including cold compress, massage, joint traction, soft tissue release, etc., to promote rapid recovery of the body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R<u>equirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A university degree in physiotherapy or a relevant discipline, preferably a master degree in sports physiotherapy or musculoskeletal physiotherapy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferable be registered by the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board. For applicants who are not in Hong Kong but expected to be able to be registered by the Hong Kong Physiotherapist Board in 2026 would also be considered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 physiotherapy or sports relevant working experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in managing sports injury;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits during the trip:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Round-trip transportation to\/from Japan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply in writing no later than<strong>&nbsp;25 June 2026, 12:00 noon <\/strong>with full resume to<strong>&nbsp;the Secretary-General, Hong Kong China Softball Association, Tin&nbsp;Kwong Road, Kowloon&nbsp;<\/strong>by post or by email to&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"mailto:admin@softball.org.hk\">admin@softball.org.hk<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recruitment process may be subject to changes or cancellation at any time in accordance with notifications from the organizer or due to event arrangements.
