\u65bc2020\u5e745\u6708\u5e95\u672c\u6703\u6536\u5230\u5c4b\u5b87\u7f72\u5c0d\u7403\u5834\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u5169\u5e45\u659c\u5761\u767c\u51fa\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u672c\u6703\u4f5c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u659c\u5761\u5b89\u5168\u8a55\u4f30\u3002\u65bc\u662f\u5728\u540c\u5e747\u6708\u4efd\u672c\u6703\u9032\u884c\u516c\u958b\u62db\u6a19\uff0c\u4ee525\u842c\u5143\u8058\u8acb\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u9867\u554f\u516c\u53f8\u76e3\u5bdf\u7b2c\u4e00\u671f\u659c\u5761\u52d8\u6e2c\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e8b\u5b9c\u3002 \u4e26\u65bc11\u6708\u900f\u904e\u62db\u6a19\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u8058\u8acb\u5de5\u7a0b\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u9032\u884c\u571f\u5730\u52d8\u6e2c\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u6d89\u50f9\u8fd130\u842c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u52a0\u4e0a\u57282019\u5e748\u6708\u53ca2020\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u659c\u5761\u51fa\u73fe\u5012\u584c\uff0c\u7e7c\u800c\u9032\u884c\u81e8\u6642\u5674\u6f3f\u8655\u7406\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u82b1\u8cbb\u517130\u842c\u5143\uff0c \u672c\u6703\u81f3\u4eca\u5df2\u70ba\u659c\u5761\u7dad\u4fee\u8017\u8cc7\u8fd190\u842c\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u7d932021\u5e741\u6708\u4e4b\u571f\u5730\u52d8\u6e2c\u5f8c\uff0c\u5df2\u8b49\u5be6\u659c\u5761\u672a\u9054\u5b89\u5168\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u9810\u6599\u66f4\u9700\u8981\u591a\u82b1\u8cbb 250\u842c\u5143\u9032\u884c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u671f\u5de5\u7a0b\u3002 \u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u70ba\u6292\u89e3\u659c\u5761\u7dad\u4fee\u5c0d\u7403\u6703\u8ca1\u653f\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u672c\u6703\u73fe\u968e\u6bb5\u5c07\u6703\u4ee5250\u842c\u5143\u4f5c\u70ba\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u6703 \u767c\u8d77\u5404\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7c4c\u6b3e\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9014\u5f91\u4e88\u6703\u54e1\u6350\u6b3e\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5404\u4f4d\u6703\u54e1\u8e34\u8e8d\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b1d\u8b1d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buildings Department issued _ Dangerous Hillside Order on _ slopes situated within the<\/strong> of Tin Kwong Road field in May 2020. <\/strong>Association was required to<\/em> an investigation on the _ of the slopes. Since<\/strong><\/em> slopes are situated within <\/strong>boundary of our Softball , our Association have to <\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em>all the maintenance fee<\/strong> our own cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, we spent $250k _ appoint an engineering company _<\/em> our consultant to supervise _ whole preliminary investigation works <\/strong>spent another $300k to<\/em> another engineering company to _ out the Ground Investigation . Including the $300k for<\/em><\/strong> temporary repair works done _ the slopes to ensure <\/em>public safety when they <\/strong>in August 2019 and<\/em> 2020, our Association have spent around $900k on __<\/em> slopes maintenance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, after the Ground _<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong> conducted in January 2021, _ slopes were deemed to<\/strong> dangerous. We estimated that _ Association may have to another $2.5 million on<\/em><\/strong> slope remedial work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the huge financial , in order to ease <\/strong>tremendous financial burden created _<\/em> the remedial works. HKSA _ planned to launch a _<\/em><\/strong> campaign through different avenues _ raising the $2.5 million <\/strong>the works.
