香港亞洲男子壘球邀請賽2025

中國香港壘球總會主辦的「香港亞洲男子壘球邀請賽2025」將於 2025年12月4日至7日假九龍天光道壘球場舉行。今次賽事參賽隊伍包括中國香港男子隊、中國香港U19男子隊、中國廣東熊貓男子隊、日本大阪公立大學男子壘球隊、日本東香川男子壘球隊及中華台北燦佶機械隊。

【League Postponement Notice】

The Hong Kong China Softball Association is deeply saddened by the Tai Po fire. Our heartfelt condolences go to the victims, families, the fallen firefighter, and all affected residents. To mourn the loss in the tragic fire, the Hong Kong China Softball Association has decided to cancel all scheduled league matches on 29–30 November 2025.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank everyone for their understanding during this difficult time. Further arrangements regarding rescheduling will be announced in due course.

We extend our deepest respect and gratitude to the firefighters and all rescue personnel for their courageous efforts. May we wish the rescue operations every success and hope for the swift recovery of those injured.

【賽事改期通知】

中國香港壘球總會對大埔火災深感悲痛，向遇難者、其家屬及殉職消防員致哀，並向所有受影響的市民表示深切慰問。為悼念此次火災中的逝者，中國香港壘球總會決定取消原定於2025年11月29至30日舉行的所有聯賽賽事。

對因此造成的不便，我們深表歉意，並感謝大家在這艱難時刻的諒解。

有關改期的後續安排，將於稍後公布。

致敬英勇付出的消防人員及所有參與救援的人員。祝願救援行動順利，願傷者早日康復。

職位空缺 Job Vacancy – 助理體育幹事 Assistant Sports Executive (Squad Development)

Hong Kong China Softball Association is seeking a responsible and motivated person in the following post:

Assistant Sports Executive (Squad Development)

Salary: HK$ 18,000~22,000 per month (subject to qualifications and experience)

The Job

Reporting to the Senior Sports Executive, the Assistant Sports Executive (Squad Development) will be responsible for the following duties:

• Organize local and overseas training and competition for the Hong Kong China Teams and responsible for the related administration works (such as selection procedure, coach report, logistics, budgets and expenses etc.)
• Prepare Hong Kong China Teams’ annual plan, budget and submit report to the subvention organization.
• Liaise with Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC), Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI), other organizations and district bodies on matters relevant to development of the Hong Kong China Team.
• Manage Hong Kong China Teams’ equipment.
• Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by Senior Sports Executive and council.

Requirements:

•  Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or Level 2 or above in five subjects including English and Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), or equivalent

* Remark: Grade C in English Language (Syllabus A) is recognized as equivalent to Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B)

•  A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in sports-related field;
•  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage;
•  Strong computer skills;
•  Initiative, proactive, self-motivated & outgoing;
•  Able to work irregular hours and perform under pressure;
•  Required to work on Saturday/Sundays and Public holidays;
•  Required to work outdoor.
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Sports Executive

(Minimum Salary: HK$ 28,507 per month)

Job Description:

• Prepare competition regulations and guidelines for local competitions;
• Schedule and organize games fixtures, ensuring all logistical details are covered;
• Communicate with teams or schools regarding competition schedules and arrange necessary follow-ups;
• Update and maintain competition results and statistics;
• Liaise with and assist in the arrangement of umpires and scorers;
• Coordinate with local competition committees and technical committees members;
• Control and manage the competition budget effectively;
• Manage routine reporting and documentation in compliance with LCSD subvention guidelines;
• Manage membership registration and updates for members;
• Assist in updating HKCSA website and social media platforms;
• Provide support for HKCSA events;
• Attend meetings of the Executive Council as required and provide administrative support;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and the Executive Council.

Requirements:

• An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;
• A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience is preferred, particularly in the sports industry..
• Knowledge of LCSD subvention requirements;
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities;
• Initiative, proactive, self-motivated, and outgoing personality;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with website management, design software, and social media platforms would be beneficial;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage;
• Ability to work irregular hours and perform well under pressure;
• Required to work on Saturday/Sundays and Public holidays and outdoors.
