The Rules and Regulations governing the competition shall be the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) Fast Pitch Softball Playing Rules 2022 – 2025, and subject to the Local Ground Rules of Hong Kong China Softball Association where otherwise expressly stated or provided.
The Hong Kong China Softball Association, subject to prior notice, reserves the right to make alterations and amendments to any of the rules mentioned below.

| 若因任何情況需要取消賽事，包括但不限於：惡劣天氣或場地質素問題， 一律均只會於本會網頁 ( www.softball.org.hk ) 最新消息一欄 及本會 聯賽 WhatsApp 群組中作出公佈。 本會將盡可能於賽事前一小時公佈賽事取消，若然本會未有發佈消息或於網頁內未見賽事取消，球隊仍需按時前往比賽場地，待賽事監場作最後決定，敬希垂注。 In case we need to cancel any match for any reasons including but not except to bad weather or field quality, we would only announce the arrangement of the cancellation through our website (www.softball.org.hk ) (latest news) and our contact WhatsApp group . We would try the best to announce it in website and WhatsApp group 1 hour before the match . If we do not announce any news, the team must arrive at the venue in time and wait for the duty officer to make the final decision. |
