本會原謹定於二零二三年五月十四日(星期日)上午十一時正，於本會九龍天光道會址，召開的特別會員大會，將因天雨影響，場地未能適合開會之用而需延期至五月二十八日(星期日)上午十一時進行，如會議再因天氣等因素未能進行，舉辦日期將自動延期一星期。本會已以電郵附上更新之「特別會員大會會議通知」及「更新會章」供會員參閱。

招聘 – 體育幹事 Sports Excutive

Hong Kong Softball Association  is seeking a responsible and motivated person in the below post:-

Sports Executive
(Minimum Salary: HK$26,448 per month)

Requirements:

• An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;
• A minimum of 2 year working experience, preferably in sports-related field;
• Good command of spoken in written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage;
• Strong computer skills;
• Initiative, proactive, self-motivated & outgoing;
• Able to work irregular time and perform under pressure;
• Required to work on Satuday/Sundays and Public holidays;
• Required to work outdoor.

入職條件
申請人必須
(a)為18歲或以上香港特別行政區永久性居民；
(b)中五程度；
(c)具備中英文讀寫及溝通能力；
(d)具備基本MS Office 如: WORD, EXCEL、POWERPOINT； 及
(e)申請人如具備體育活動管理相關工作經驗、懂得應用各類媒體軟件(例如 AI, PS) 或 _______________。

職責
(a) 協助體育總會組織體育活動 (如本地賽事、訓練班及不定期外勤工作等)；
(b) 支援體育總會的行政工作；
(c) 協助推廣壘球運動 (如日常更新社交媒體及出勤壘球推廣活動)；
(d) 協助進行場地管理/活動巡察 (如設施保養、訪客量度體溫及協助場地人流管理等)；
(e) 協助體育總會管理人員執行其他一般工作。

薪酬
月薪港幣11,925元

工作時間
每週標準工作淨時數為45小時(不包括用膳時間)。須輪班當值、不定時工作 包括星期六、日及公眾假期及超時工作。實際工作時間由主管分派。

聘用條款
– 此職位由 「防疫抗疫基金」資助
