本會原謹定於二零二三年五月十四日(星期日)上午十一時正，於本會九龍天光道會址，召開的特別會員大會，將因天雨影響，場地未能適合開會之用而需延期至五月二十八日(星期日)上午十一時進行，如會議再因天氣等因素未能進行，舉辦日期將自動延期一星期。本會已以電郵附上更新之「特別會員大會會議通知」及「更新會章」供會員參閱。
