The Hong Kong China Softball Association (HKCSA) is now seeking an experienced and professional Pitching Coach to join our team. This role is critical in enhancing the skills and performance of pitchers on the Hong Kong, China Softball Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coaching all Hong Kong, China National Softball Teams’ Pitchers. (including Men’s and Women’s Team)
(Coaching Hours: Monday to Friday-1900 – 2230; Saturday- 0800 – 1400; Other additional preparation training before international event.)
- Designing and executing training plans that focus on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects for all national teams’ pitchers.
- Coordinate with the national teams’ coaches of ladder teams
- Collaborating with the Coach Selection Committee under Elite Affair Committee to review goals and expectations periodically.
Experience and Qualifications:
- WBSC/SA/Local Coach Certification
- Experience in participating in international softball events. (preferred)
- Strong people management, organizational, motivational, and strategizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English / Mandarin/ Cantonese (preferred)
- Basic Computer Skills (preferred)
Offer & Duration:
- 12 – Months Contract (1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027)
