選拔程序 Selection Procedure
第一階段 1st Phase
註冊成為中國香港代表隊球員，參加選拔
Register as a team player of Hong Kong, China to join tournament selection
- 提交中國香港代表隊申請表
Submit Team Hong Kong, China Application Form - 遞交註冊費港幣$2,000（分兩期於4月和10月遞交，每期港幣$1000），試訓費用將可扣除相應的註冊費。
Submit Registration Fee HKD2,000 (submit in 2 installments in April and October, HKD$1,000 in each installment), a portion of Registration Fee will be deducted from corresponding Probation Fee.
第二階段 2nd Phase
最多17名運動員將獲選為參加第二十屆愛知．名古屋 2026 亞運會球員名單
Maximum of 17 athletes-players will be selected as the final roster to participate in Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games Women Team.
訓練日期及時間 : 逢星期一及三 (18:00 – 22:30) & 星期六 (10:30 – 13:30)
Regular Training Date and Time : Every Monday & Wednesday 6 p.m. -10:30 p.m. & Saturday 10:30a.m.- 13:30 p.m.
*訓練及選拔時間表可能因場地或其他情況而有所變動。
*The schedule is subject to changes due to the availability of the venue(s) or other situations.
*會員費及註冊費一經提交，無論任何情況均不予退還。
*The membership fee and registration fee will not be refunded once the application submitted, regardless of any circumstances.
裝備和服裝 Equipment and clothing :
參加者須自備壘球手套及穿著合適之壘球服飾，其他所需之用具、器材則由本會提供。
Please prepare your own softball gloves and appropriate sportswear. All other necessary equipment will be provided by Hong Kong China Softball Association.
