Hong Kong China Softball Association (HKCSA) is seeking a responsible and motivated person in the following post:-
Senior Sports Executive (SSE)
(Minimum Salary: HK$ 44,667 per month)(Report Duty on 1 April 2025)
Duties:
- Manage all activities of HKCSA’s office, including supervision and management of clerical staff;
- Maintain proper administration of HKCSA office;
- Attend meetings of the Executive Council of HKCSA and provide administrative support;
- Make preliminary recommendations and execute them as well as other policies effectively once approved by the Executive Council of HKCSA;
- Prepare and submit annual budgets and programme budgets and providing regular activity reports to the Executive Council of HKCSA;
- Liaise with LCSD, SF&OC, other organizations and National Softball bodies on matters relevant to development of the sport;
- Assist the Association to bid / host International Softball tournament;
- Oversee the operation of the Tin Kwong Road venue;
- Develop, review and implement HKCSA’s Two to Four-Year Development Plan;
- Develop additional and explore sources of funding for HKCSA including seeking sponsorships and grants from the commercial sector;
- Promote development of the sport discipline with sound media coverage;
- Apply necessary funding to support the development of the Association & Venue;
- Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with terms of LCSD Subvention Agreement;
- Take charge of the accounting matters of HKCSA.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;
- A minimum of 10 years working experience, preferably in sports-related field, at least 4 years in managerial role;
- Project & staff management working experience is required;
- Ability to show planning, organization and time management skills when carrying out various projects, such as local international events, annual plans and proposal writing and etc.;
- Experience in budgeting, cost control and resources allocation;
- Good attention to details, good organizational, planning, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Good leadership and people skill and able to maintain a good communication with all teams,
- Good knowledge of the operation of National Sports Association(NSA);
- Familiar on using Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Experience in website management.

Hong Kong China Softball Association is seeking a part-time physiotherapist assisting on the below Hong Kong China Team international event (U15 Women Softball Asia Cup).
Tournament: 2nd U15 Women Softball Asia Cup 2025
Tournament Venue: Puli, Nantou County, TPE
Tournament Dates: 26 – 30 March 2025
Departure Dates: 24 March 2025
Return Dates: 31 March 2025
Part-time physiotherapist (U15 Women Softball Asia Cup)
Salary: HK$ 1,300 per Day
The Job
Reporting to the Team manager and Team Head Coach, the Part-time physiotherapist will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide immediate physical therapy support during the competition, including dealing with sudden injuries, providing immediate first aid measures, such as dealing with sprains, strains, fractures, or dislocations.
- Help athletes recover after the competition, including cold compress, massage, joint traction, soft tissue release, etc., to promote rapid recovery of the body.
Requirements:
- A university degree in physiotherapy or a relevant discipline, preferably a master degree in sports physiotherapy or musculoskeletal physiotherapy;
- Preferable be registered by the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board. For applicants who are not in Hong Kong but expected to be able to be registered by the Hong Kong Physiotherapist Board in 2025 would also be considered;
- Minimum of 2 years’ physiotherapy or sports relevant working experience;
- Experience in managing sports injury;
This post is partially subvented by LCSD.

Hong Kong China Softball Association is seeking a responsible and motivated person in the following post:
Assistant Sports Executive (Squad Development)
Salary: HK$ 18,000~22,000 per month (subject to qualifications and experience)
The Job
Reporting to the Senior Sports Executive, the Assistant Sports Executive (Squad Development) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Organize local and overseas training and competition for the Hong Kong China Teams and responsible for the related administration works (such as selection procedure, coach report, logistics, budgets and expenses etc.)
- Prepare Hong Kong China Teams’ annual plan, budget and submit report to the subvention organization.
- Liaise with LCSD, SFOC, HKSI, other organizations and district bodies on matters relevant to development of the Hong Kong China Team.
- Manage Hong Kong China Teams’ equipment.
- To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by Senior Sports Executive and council.
Requirements:
- Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in HKCEE / HKDSE;;
- A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in sports-related field;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage;
- Strong computer skills;
- Initiative, proactive, self-motivated & outgoing;
- Able to work irregular hours and perform under pressure;
- Required to work on Saturday/Sundays and Public holidays;
- Required to work outdoor.
